Start Here
Overview is your project's starting point. It brings together the work you've planned, the state of your App Store listing, and recent results so you can answer a fairly simple question: what should I work on next?
You don't need to fill in every card before it becomes useful. A project that's still being built can use the launch countdown and tasks, while a released app can also bring in reviews and revenue once it's connected to App Store Connect.
Pick Something to Work On
Today's Focus pulls useful work from your plan. Each task gives you a concrete outcome, and its action button opens the relevant Kickstart tool. You can mark work done here, or right-click a task to move it when today's plans have changed.
If there's overdue work, open Tasks and decide whether to finish it, reschedule it, or remove it. You're allowed to change the plan. A task list is there to help you, not make you feel bad about last Tuesday.
Read the Signals
App Health combines available information about reviews, ratings, revenue trends, your listing, and task progress. Use it to spot an area that could use a closer look. The score is a summary, so the useful part is digging into what's behind it.
Achievements show milestones you've reached and progress toward others. You can share a win when there's something you'd like to shout about.
For released apps, the revenue card summarizes recent earnings and units. The monthly estimate is based on recent daily earnings, so treat it as a projection rather than a promised payout. Recent reviews give you another quick read on how things are going, with actions to reply, translate, or share.
Turn a Signal Into an Action
Say revenue looks steady but several reviews mention a confusing setup screen. That's a good reason to work on onboarding before kicking off another promotion. Open the review, understand the problem, and make a task you can actually finish.
Overview gives you the headlines. Head into Reviews, Analytics, or the relevant activity when you need the detail.
