What to Include
The more context you can share, the easier it is to help. Please include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Your Kickstart app version.
- Your macOS version.
Bug Reports
If you are reporting a bug, please use Kickstart's debug logging system before emailing:
- Open Kickstart > Settings.
- In the Support section, choose Start Logging.
- Reproduce the problem.
- Choose Stop Logging, then Reveal Debug Log in Finder.
- Compress the debug log into a zip file and attach it to your email.
The debug log includes basic diagnostic metadata such as the Kickstart version and macOS version, but it still helps to include those details in your message.
