Custom Product Pages

Plan targeted App Store pages for campaigns, audiences, and feature stories.

Give Each Audience a Relevant Page

A custom product page is an alternative App Store page for your app, with screenshots and promotional text aimed at a particular audience or feature. It lets you make the store page match the message someone just clicked.

For example, a fitness app might have one page about strength training and another about running. Someone following a link about running shouldn't have to hunt through weightlifting screenshots to find the feature they came for.

Create a Page

Create a page and give it an internal name that explains its purpose. A name like "Running plan newsletter" will be a lot easier to recognize later than "Campaign 3."

Saving the page creates its App Store Connect record and gives you a page URL. That doesn't mean the finished page has been approved yet. Use the URL when you need to get links ready, then finish the content and review process before promoting it.

Tailor Each Localization

Open a localization to edit its promotional text, keyword choices, and screenshots. Add more localizations when the audience needs another language.

Use the promotional text to pick up the conversation from the ad, search, or link that brought someone here. If you've promised help planning a first 5K, explain that benefit right away.

Where keyword selection is available, choose terms that fit the page's specific purpose. You don't have to cram every possible use of the app into one page.

Add the screenshots for the supported device sizes and arrange them in the order you want people to see them. You can add several screenshots at once and drag them around to reorder. Give the first few images a clear sequence: the problem, the useful feature, and what the person gets from it.

Save, Review, Then Share

Save as you go. When the page is ready, use Submit for Review and check its status before making it the destination of a campaign.

A custom page is most useful when it makes a real change to the message. If you'd use exactly the same text and images as the main listing, you probably don't need another page yet.
