Get Unstuck With One Action

Do Just One Thing gives you a single suggestion for moving your app forward. It's for the moment when you have a bit of time, know you should do some marketing, and just can't decide where to start.

You don't need to build a whole plan here. The point is to find a useful action you can follow through on today.

Try the Suggestion

After the introduction, you'll see the current suggestion and its category. Read it and decide whether it fits your app and the time you have.

Where there's a matching Kickstart tool, the action button takes you straight there. A suggestion about your store presentation, for example, can turn into actual work rather than another note to yourself to "improve marketing."

If the task feels too big, pick the first useful part. You might draft one message or tidy up one screenshot headline rather than trying to finish an entire campaign.

Look for Another Idea When You Need One

Ask for a different suggestion if the current one doesn't fit. Previous suggestions stay in the history below, and you can pick an earlier one again if you decide it was useful after all.

If you keep requesting ideas, Kickstart eventually nudges you to choose one and get going. You can keep browsing, but it's easy to burn the whole session looking for the perfect task.

Clear resets the suggestion history when you want a fresh start.

Keep What You Learn

When you finish an action, make a quick note in Journal about what you tried. If it needs follow-up, add that work to Tasks.

A useful result can be pretty small: one conversation started, one confusing line rewritten, or one place discovered where potential users are asking questions.
