Big Picture brings your apps together over the last 30 days. It's handy when you have several projects on the go and want to decide which one needs attention before diving into the details.

Open it from the welcome window or the Analytics area. Connect App Store Connect and add your vendor number in Settings so revenue reports can be included.

Check the Data Status

Start with Data Status, especially after setup or a refresh. It explains gaps in the available reports so you know how much of the picture you're actually seeing.

Cached information can stay visible while fresh data is unavailable. That lets you keep working, but check its status before comparing it with a newer result.

Use Refresh to fetch updated information. Some reports may arrive at different times, so a partial view doesn't necessarily mean an app has stopped earning.

Read the Portfolio View

Revenue composition shows how the apps contribute to the monthly estimate. The headline cards and daily chart add context about earnings, downloads, ratings, and available store analytics.

The monthly figure is an estimate based on recent revenue, not a guaranteed future total. Use it to understand the balance of the portfolio and follow changes over time.

With Kickstart Pro, Per-App Stats lets you sort results such as revenue, downloads, ratings, unanswered reviews, and App Health. Open an app's project from its row when you want to dig into a result. Projects that haven't launched yet are listed too.

Share a Snapshot

Pro also includes a portfolio share card. Choose the apps to include, pick a theme, and decide whether to show the date range. Preview the verification link before copying or saving the image.

If the reports don't have enough coverage for verified sharing, the screen explains what's missing.

A good use of Big Picture is spotting one app that deserves a closer look, then jumping into its own Revenue Details, Reviews, or App Analytics.
