Can developers respond to App Store reviews?
A review response is the developer's public reply to an App Store customer review, shown beneath the review on your product page. Each review can carry one response, which you can edit or remove; if the customer updates their review, your response can be updated too.
Responses are best treated as marketing in disguise: they're read less by the reviewer than by the hundreds of prospective customers scanning your worst reviews before downloading. A calm, specific reply to an angry review tells every reader what you're like to deal with, and often wins updated ratings from the original reviewer too.
Kickstart loads unanswered reviews, drafts replies from reusable templates, supports translation, and posts the final response back to App Store Connect.
